As a Caribbean restaurant, Flames does a great job bringing the islands to the states; from mouth watering jerk chicken to oxtail stew, your inner islander will surely come out--I had the BBQ Chicken W/ brown rice and sweet plantains my gal pal had a tantalizing yellow rice W/jerk chicken W/ a side of veggies!
